Vintage hand painted, re upholstered Sirrom ottoman, blanket box, storage chest in pale blue Farrow and Ball eggshell

Take a look at this vintage Sirrom storage ottoman/blanket box makeover.
A mix of Farrow & Ball eggshell paints has been used on the base to create this restful
pale blue/duck egg. A contemporary green/blue/grey fern patterned fabric has been
used to cover the newly padded and strengthened lid and the original braiding has
been re-attached and highlighted with silver gilding wax. The inside has been cleaned
and painted in the same paint to complete the look. The ottoman is finished off with
a hand-made grey/blue and silver tassels. This would be a useful and beautiful
addition to any bedroom, hallway, landing or lounge.
