Ready to ship in 1-2 weeks

Delivery is arranged through trusted furniture couriers and is estimated to take place within 3 weeks of your order being placed (excluding custom orders, for custom orders, once the piece is finished delivery is then arranged), but can often be much quicker. The drivers contact you directly to confirm date and time of delivery. This service may require the customer's assistance to unload and will normally be to doorstep/ entryway. Couriers are not expected to deliver to the room of your choice and will not assist in setting up any parts such as dressing table mirrors. If any pieces such as mirrors require some degree of assembly, I will provide a video and instructions to guide you through this process).

Delivery to mainland UK is included in my prices.

I am dispatching from SW Scotland, using couriers who normally collect on a Monday and deliver during that week in the case of items heading South.
Items heading North normally use a different service and may take longer. I will normally undertake any deliveries within 75 miles personally, and in this case will deliver to the room of your choice and set up if required.

I am sure that you will be delighted with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact me so we can resolve any issues. Feedback is very important for small businesses which is why my focus is on my customer's satisfaction.

I will accept returns on any ready to purchase pieces, but this does not apply to custom finishes. Any pieces returned should be unused/ undamaged, in the same packaging or similarly well packaged and returned within 30 days of receipt (shipping costs are to be paid by the customer – please choose a courier with sufficient expertise and insurance or I can provide a recommendation).
