A drinks cocktail cabinet from the 1960s mid century being a very well made piece in excellent condition for its age. Having two central doors at the top which as you open them out, the top section flips up as the interior section slides forward. (I have a video of this mechanism working to help show the movement, so please contact me with your email address and I will send it to you). The flip top section has a lemon squeezer fitted, and to the sides of this there are 6 cocktail pins with green and yellow coloured heads. This central cocktail preparation area which slides out has a mirrored back with a red design, with the same mirror to the base of the bottom shelf. This shelf has a gold coloured bar edging and the top shelf has a gold coloured wavy edge. There is also a light in this section which automatically turns on and off when the doors are opened and closed. This light which plugs into the mains has been rewired by a professional electrician with extra lead added for ease of placement.
Below this there is a large open section, with two glass sliding doors, both with a subtle printed retro design. There is a mirrored base perfect for wine glasses along with a light which turns on with the movement of sliding the doors open. This light can be removed to recharge with a USB (which is included) then popped back in to the back of the cabinet.
Beneath this there is a shaped good sized useful drawer which runs smoothly.
There are two small top drawers to both sides, both with a blue baize base in excellent condition, with the right side having three sections.
Below this there is a large cupboard to both sides, both having a shelf and both being able to store numerous wine bottles at full height or contain a large record collection.
The piece stands on a pleasing shaped strong plinth. The original handles are in excellent condition being bronze in colour with detailing.
The whole piece has been professionally painted in a blue VOC and toxin free mineral paint with areas showing the natural wood grain which has been sanded back then nourished with several coats of a flat matt hard wax oil, then finished with a flat clear wax for extra durability and effect. The insides of the cupboards and the drawers have been nourished with a natural hemp oil.

All of my items have been restored with care and attention however they have all seen a previous life so may show some signs of age, past life and the occasional small imperfection, ding, or dent.
