Wardrobe, Coat Cupboard, Armoire, Hallway Storage
An Art Deco style wardrobe from the 1960s by Harris Lebus which would also be perfect for a hallway coat cupboard and shoe storage. This classic looking piece has lots of storage inside with a top shelf sectioned into three, having its original labels that read shirts, sundries and shirts. If being placed in a hallway these sections would be great for gloves, scarves or bags. Below this is a chrome coloured hanging rail running the width of the wardrobe, with ample space in the base for shoes and bags. There is a hanging wire on the back of the door for scarves, bags etc.
The door has some pleasing carvings with a shaped top and feet, and locks easily with the key.
The whole piece has been professionally painted in a durable VOC and toxin free mineral paint in a dark grey to the outside and a vintage military green to the inside, then finished in a clear flat wax for extra durability and effect. The small detail on the front is painted in a bronze, but if this small detail does not fit with your colour scheme I would be happy to change that for you, just ask.
