How do I contact a Seller?

You can message a seller directly about a piece of furniture, click Send A Message. You can expect a prompt response, at least within 24hrs.

Is it easy to place an order for a piece of furniture?

Very. We've made it super easy with our state of the art brand new website!

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment we are delivering within the UK only.

How long is delivery?

Delivery times will vary depending on our drivers routes and your location. It could be anything from next day to upto 3 weeks.

What is your returns policy?

Each seller will have their own policy on returns, please check this before ordering.

Is it safe to place an order online with you?

Yes, we use a 100% secure payment gate way service.

What if there is a problem with my order/furniture?

All our sellers are trusted small business owners and will deal with any problems promptly and professionally.

What if I change my mind after placing an order?

We advise you to contact the seller as soon as possible. The seller will advise you on the process of either cancelling your order and or returning it. We would like to highlight that bespoke/personalised orders are non refundable.

I live outside mainland GB, how much will delivery be?

Our sellers will provide you with a delivery price, please message the seller directly.
